Cafe Ciro East Dallas Review: Pink Vibes and Chilaquiles

Cafe Ciro in East Dallas got a perfect 5 out of 5 from me, and it's a GO. Food, drinks, ambience and service all scored a 5. The pink vibes, the delicious chilaquiles, the coffee: honestly, everything about this place won me over.

It's a small business, and you can feel the love in it. If you're in Dallas and you want coffee and a real breakfast in the same stop, this is the spot.

The vibe

Ambience got a 5, and the pink is everything. It's bright, cute, and so fun to sit in. Bring a friend, order a latte, and plan to take a few pictures, because you'll want to.

It's the kind of place that puts you in a good mood the minute you walk in.

What to order

Food scored a 5, and the chilaquiles are the reason. They're authentic Mexican chilaquiles, the kind that taste like someone actually cares how they're made. Finding chilaquiles this good at a coffee shop is rare, so don't skip them.

Drinks also got a 5. Cafe Ciro does unique flavored lattes, so this is the place to try something new instead of your usual order. Pair a flavored latte with the chilaquiles and you've got my ideal morning.

Service

Service got a 5 too. Everyone was warm and welcoming, which fits the small-business feel of the whole place.

Tips

Go for the coffee and the chilaquiles. That combo is why you come.

Try one of the flavored lattes instead of a plain coffee.

My only wish is that it were closer to me, but it's not a far drive if you live in Dallas, so it's absolutely worth the trip.

It's a $$ spot, easy for a weekend brunch or a coffee date.

Why I love supporting it

Cafe Ciro is a small business, and places like this are exactly why I make this map. When a small spot gets everything right, from the food to the drinks to the vibe, it deserves people showing up for it.

The verdict

Cafe Ciro in East Dallas is a 5/5 GO. It's for brunch lovers, latte fans, and anyone who wants authentic chilaquiles with a pink, happy vibe. Order a flavored latte and the chilaquiles, and take your time. Expect $$ prices, and expect to want to come back.

If you love chilaquiles as much as I do, this one belongs at the top of your list.
