Inzo Italian Kitchen Roanoke Review: Scratch-Made Pasta

Inzo Italian Kitchen in Roanoke scored a 4.63 out of 5 from me, and it's a GO. Ambience and service got a perfect 5, food got a 4.5, and drinks got a 4.

Some of my favorite Italian food in DFW is in Roanoke, and this is the place. The pasta is made from scratch with unique flavors, and the arancini were so good and so unique that they're the first thing I tell people about.

The vibe

Ambience scored a 5. It's a warm, welcoming spot, great for a date night or a family dinner. It feels like the kind of Italian restaurant you become a regular at.

What to order

Food got a 4.5. Start with the arancini, which are crispy risotto balls. They were so good and so unique, and I'd order them every single time.

Then go for the pasta. Everything is made from scratch, and the flavors are more interesting than your standard Italian menu. If you love pasta, this is where Inzo really shines.

Drinks

Drinks scored a 4. They're a nice part of the meal, but the food is the main reason to come.

Service

Service got a 5. We were taken care of the whole time, which made the dinner feel even better.

Tips

Go for the pasta.

Order the arancini to start. Don't skip them.

It's a $$ spot, so it's a great value for scratch-made pasta.

My only wish is that it were closer to Dallas so I could go more often. But if you live in Fort Worth or the northern suburbs, you're lucky to have this one close by.

The verdict

Inzo Italian Kitchen in Roanoke is a 4.63/5 GO. It's for pasta lovers, date nights, and anyone in the Fort Worth area looking for real scratch-made Italian food. Start with the arancini, pick a pasta with a flavor you haven't tried before, and enjoy. Expect $$ prices and a meal that's worth the drive.
